1998 April 24
April 24 We had room service for breakfast at 8:30 on our balcony. We went to the
beach at 11. We had lunch from the grill. We kayaked. We had dinner at
Bayside at 6:30. We went to the show at 10 and the Jacuzzi at 11.
We had breakfast at 8:30 on the patio. Unfortunately, it rained all day.
We had lunch at 12:30 and dinner at 7 at Calabash cafe. We played pool and
ping pong. There wasn't much to do in the rain so it was a really lazy day.
April 25 We had breakfast at 8:30, our last day in paradise. We left couples at
9:15 for the two hour ride back to the airport. Our flight was delayed an
hour.
This was our first experience at an all inclusive. The facilities were
wonderful!! The service was very good. The couple’s employees tried very
hard to make your stay a memorable one. Our room was always clean and at
night the maid would turn down the bed and put a piece of chocolate on your
pillow. There were plenty of activities to keep you as busy as you cared to
be. There was a photographer and the pictures were available the next
morning for $5 each. The Shows at night were ok. The sets and costumes
were not elaborate and the performers were amateur. The food was also ok.
We will definitely go back to Couples in the future!!
